The law Firm is sensitive to matters of the social function of law and is willing, according to personal inclinations and the specific expertise of its members, to spend part of its professional activity acting in favour of disadvantaged persons.

The Law Firm also believes in the possibility of making positive changes to society by addressing individual legal cases involving the protection of fundamental rights or cases that lend themselves to achieving objectives of general protection, of humanitarian or ethical nature, in the perspective of so-called strategic litigation, both before the national judicial authority and before the international courts and notably the ECHR (European Court of Human Rights)
